Scumocide is the Leader of the X-Factor and the Main Antagonist in the Captain Commando Saga. He was a genetic engineer who discovered a way to turn people into super-powered warriors. Scumocide then created an army of super-villains and sent them to take over Hectare City while trying to get the Royal Scarf to be the new ruler after the death of Sam Fox. While he just watched from the comfort of his satellite station. The Hectare Warriors including Joseph Belmont, Jacob, Oilver Creed and Joel Anarchy(Formally Hawk the Thief), decide to put and end to Scumocide's diabolic scheme, fighting all of his minions and his top members.
While that going on, Scumocide agreed to use Steven Star to get the other half of the Royal Scarf after Max sliced it when his best member "Carol" seduce Steven in making him believe that Hectare City are becoming assholes. Scumocide then tell Steven to revive his strongest members(including Shtrom Jr., Dolg and Yamato) to fight in the Barton Pyramid between Hectare City and the X-Factor.
